Role Overview:

As a Construction Sales Representative at JJ Builders, you will play a key role in connecting with homeowners, guiding them through custom building projects, and driving opportunities from initial consultation to signed contract. This role is ideal for a motivated, construction-savvy sales professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and values autonomy, collaboration, and quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Meet with homeowners (in-office, virtual, or on-site) to understand goals, budgets, and project scope. Build strong relationships and guide clients through the sales process.

2. Proposal Development: Collaborate with estimating and design teams to create accurate, detailed proposals that reflect project requirements and value.

3. Sales & Contract Management: Present pricing, answer client questions, and close contracts while ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to project kickoff.

4. Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using the CRM to maintain organization and accountability.

5. Site Visits: Conduct on-site assessments to confirm feasibility and ensure project details align with client expectations.

6. Travel: Visit projects throughout PA, MD, DE, and NJ, typically within a two-hour radius.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in construction, with 2+ years in a sales role
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and close deals
• Experience with custom builds, post-frame construction, decking, or remodeling preferred

• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Comfortable walking job sites and using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
