5. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial reporting. Implement cost-control measures and strategic financial planning to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Implement and uphold rigorous safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
