Role Overview:

As a Crew Leader/Foreman at JJ Builders, you will be at the forefront of turning architectural visions into reality.

This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing construction crews, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that our projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently. Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with other construction professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Quality Control: Enforce high-quality standards on-site, ensuring that workmanship and construction practices meet or exceed industry standards and company expectations.

4. Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings, ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment, and address any safety concerns promptly.

5. Task Delegation: Effectively delegate tasks based on crew members’ strengths and capabilities. Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

6. Problem Resolution: Identify and address challenges that may arise during construction. Collaborate with Project Managers to find effective solutions and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
