Responsibilities:

1. Concrete Preparation: Prepare work sites for concrete pouring, including setting up formwork, reinforcing steel, and ensuring proper site grading and drainage.

2. Concrete Mixing and Pouring: Mix and pour concrete according to specifications, ensuring consistency, proper curing, and adherence to project timelines.

3. Finishing Work: Perform finishing work on concrete surfaces, including smoothing, leveling, and applying decorative finishes such as stamping, staining, and sealing.

4. Quality Control: Monitor concrete quality throughout the pouring and curing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

5. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on existing concrete structures as needed, including crack filling, patching, and sealing.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, curing methods, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment used in concrete work.
